Manager needed for Benny Cappella’s in Chapel Hill:

90% of job is on the service and Restaurant side:

  • Strong customer service skills and ability to handle very busy shifts
  • Professional, dependable, and enjoy working in a busy atmosphere
  • Strong people skills and must be able to adhere to the standards of an established brand
  • Restaurant experience preferred, but customer service experience is required

10% of time is for Management:

  • MUST BE ORGANIZED.
  • Must be available at all hours of operations.
  • Ability to read other people’s minds.
  • Ability to manage and inspire staff.
  • Good with Excel, respectful of business partners, clean, motivated, and infectiously positive attitude.

This is a fun atmosphere for both customers and employees but must be a hard worker, DEPENDABLE, and must be kind and respectful.
