Benny Lorenzo's is opening soon in Cleveland, and we are looking for a GM!

The GM is responsible for staffing, inventory management, maintaining food prep/cooking standards, scheduling, store cleanliness, and working alongside the team to see the job through.

Requirements:

Preference for those with previous AGM/GM experience
Must be highly dependable
Flexible and open schedule required
Nights & Weekend (We are open late)
Reliable Transportation
ServSafe Food Safety Manager Certification (We reimburse the cost of the course/exam)
Must be at least 18 years of age
Average 50 hours/week
This is a HANDS ON position. GM works side-by-side with the crew
