Crew Member

You're learning the ins and outs of Benny's! As a general staff member you are responsible for daily operations and report directly to the GM.

Shift Leader

You've gained the trust of your GM! Hands out responsibility when the Manager is out. You report directly to the GM.

Assistant Manager

You roll out responsibilities when your manager is away. You're trained on placing food orders and are a point of contact for Crew Members. You report to the GM.

Master of Benny's (MOB)

You're a very loyal member of the Benny's family! You're a Master Crew Member with 5+ years of service. You report to the GM.

General Manager

You've tossed your way up the Benny's ladder! You oversee 1 location; responsible for all aspects of store performance including but not limited to operational costs (food/payroll), training new employees, and maintaining Benny's standards. You report to the Owners.

Regional Manager

You're a proven Benny's expert! You oversee 2 to 3 locations and are responsible for all aspects of store performance. You report directly to the Owners.

• Operations Manager: Knowledgeable of all things Benny's, administrative support, ad hoc tasks and other store-level operations.
• Project Coordinator: Supports Operations Manager, administrative support and ad hoc tasks.
• Human Resources: You keep Benny's in-line, oversees payroll, benefits and all administrative aspects for new hires.
• General Construction Manager: Responsible for buildout, repair and general upkeep of all Benny's Locations.
• Intern: You're the apprentice! Provides support to the Corporate Office.
