"DiCarta’s" represents Benny's need to take pride in the town he is part of. DiCarta means 'of paper' in Italian, and Kalamazoo was once proudly known as the Paper City. Why Kalamazoo? Benny has family ties to the area since the Prohibition days and we are excited to bring our 28" pizza to the Great Lakes. Bell's, Benny's, and Broncos, downtown K'zoo is set.
